Origin - North Africa, Asia, the Himalayas. The most famous Atlasny Tsedr from North Africa. In Europe tsedr grows in the parks and artificial trees. Tsedr - this is the most dolgozhivuschee tree, which may be up to 3000 years. Currently used in the production of furniture, but before actively used for shipbuilding. Tsedr svetlovatoy has a reddish wood, which is a characteristic sharp smell. Handling its surface is difficult to get going because of the high content of the resin, which prevents staining and polishing.
